Villa Nāos is a private sea view estate offered on a full buyout basis for up to 18 guests, with an 18 metre infinity pool, a 100 sqm wellness shala and a dedicated on site team. It is a place where time slows and life begins again.
The name Nāos means temple in ancient Greek.
Not a grand monument, but the inner room where everything essential is kept.

Villa Nāos follows the natural slope of the hill in a sequence of terraces and pathways that feel intentional and effortless. Four distinct houses, nine en suite suites, an infinity pool suspended between hillside and horizon, shaded pergolas, sunset steps carved into stone, and a wellness shala at the highest point of the villa with unobstructed views over the Aegean. Materials are honest and tactile: dry stone, wood, sand and natural lime. The architecture is simple because the surroundings carry the beauty.
Mornings begin barefoot on the terrace. Swims before breakfast. Long lunches that stretch into conversation. Seasonal dishes from our private chef, shared under the pergola. Evenings under the stars, when the island slows into silence. This is the Nāos way: spacious, simple and quietly memorable.
